WHAT Industry Speakers, Q&A, Systems mapping workshop
The aim of our groups and chains roundtable event series is to collectively explore subjects that are the industry’s sustainability hot-topics. We do the research, find the experts and provide a space where we can unpack, find tangible solutions, and disseminate knowledge. You do not have to have any expert knowledge to attend. We encourage you to share your thoughts, experiences and insights to help each other perform better and operate more sustainably in the future.
AGENDA
The session will be divided into two halves. The first half will focus on the single-use plastic issue here in Hong Kong and how the F&B industry can play its role in reducing plastic pollution. The second half will focus on mapping out the single-use plastic system in Hong Kong with the view to finding solutions collectively.
