ONE PLANET PLATE
JOIN THE COLLECTIVE MOVEMENT

One Planet Plate presented by HSBC is a worldwide restaurant campaign to address the inherent problems in our food system. The campaign engages both chefs and diners to vote with their fork for a better food future.
We’re calling on chefs worldwide to show how they’re contributing to a better food future, and to galvanise diners and home-cooks to think about and act upon their own food choices. Diners can discover and digest the recipes online on the One Planet Plate website, or choose from a multitude of eating out destinations to find out what delicious sustainable food actually looks, smells and tastes like.
The dish must meet one or more of five criteria:

CELEBRATE LOCAL

FEATURE MORE VEG

LOW CARBON FOOTPRINT

SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD

WASTE NO FOOD
As chefs demonstrate how they’re contributing to a better food future, diners can enjoy guilt-free eating whilst out or at home with our delicious recipe list.
We’re working with chefs around the world, including Richard Ekkebus (Amber), Corey Richards (Bedu), and Sheldon Fonseca (Yamm) in Hong Kong; Raymond Blanc OBE (Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons), Will Devlin (The Small Holding), Luke Larsson (Lucky Beach Brighton), and Hawksmoor Group from the UK; Angela May (Quick Greens) from Singapore; and Matt Stone (Future Food System) in Australia.
Want to get involved? Share your One Planet Plate with us and we will keep it on the oneplanetplate.org website so diners can find your restaurant!
