Food Made Good HK’s new Sustainability Training programme
Well trained staff can lead to greater innovation and efficiency, and are an essential component of any hospitality business looking to operate more responsibly.
Unique in Hong Kong, this programme is based around FMGHK’s widely respected sustainability framework, built on the three pillars of Sourcing, Society and Environment. It has been developed in collaboration with an experienced trainer and a number of businesses from across the hospitality industry, from university caterers to large restaurant groups. Independently assessed by the Continuing Professional Development Certification Service, FMGHK’s Sustainability Training allows staff to develop professionally by gaining CPD credits.
Foundation in Foodservice Sustainability
Based on FMGHK’s highly regarded sustainability framework, the training is designed to improve your understanding of sustainable sourcing, social responsibility and environmental sustainability. A comprehensive overview that will give you the tools to contribute to the sustainability of your business.


Delivery method: Face to Face and Virtual (English Only)
Location: 2/F, Spaces, AXA Southside, Wong Chuk Hang
Learning outcome: Learners will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sustainability practice in a hospitality and retail context- we use innovative co creation tools to help learners to identify pressing challenges and prioritise action
Accreditation: Assessed and certified by CPD. Learners can claim up to 3 CPD credits and will receive a CPD certificate on completion
Customisation: Limited to modifying the content (up to 20%), and look and feel to fit your brand
