This Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”) governs personal information collected through https://foodmadegood.hk/ as well as any other websites and apps that link to these PICS that are operated by Food Made Good Hong Kong Limited (referred to as “Food Made Good HK” “we” “us” “our”).

Why do we need to collect your personal data?
Food Made Good HK may request you to provide us with your personal information. It is voluntary for you to provide your personal information to us but Food Made Good HK and its business partners may not be able to give you information regarding our services or subscribe you to our email notifications and/or newsletters if you do not provide the information as requested by Food Made Good HK.

We may need to collect your personal data for:
● processing and evaluating any applications or requests made by you for products/services offered by
Food Made Good HK or Food Made Good HK’s business partners;

We will retain your personal data for a period necessary to attain the specified purposes.

We may disclose information about you to third-party data processors (including our CRM database, website host, application developers and others) insofar as reasonably necessary to provide you our services.

We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for direct

Access and correction of personal data
You have the right to ascertain whether Food Made Good HK holds your personal data, to obtain an electronic copy of the data, and to correct any data that is inaccurate. You may also request Food Made Good HK to inform you of the type of personal data held by it.

1. Confidential Information

1.1 “Confidential Information” means all confidential information relating to the Purpose which the Discloser or its Representatives or any of its Group Companies, or their Representatives directly or indirectly discloses, or makes available, to the Recipient or its Representatives or any of its Group Companies, or their Representatives, before, on or after the date of this Agreement. This includes:

1.1.1 the fact that discussions and negotiations are taking place concerning the Purpose and the status of those discussions and negotiations;

1.1.2 the existence and terms of this Agreement;

1.1.3 all confidential or proprietary information relating to: (i) the busiess, affairs, customers, clients, suppliers, plans, intentions, or market opportunities of the Discloser or of any of the Discloser’s Group Companies; and (ii) the contacts, product information, know-how, technical information, designs, trade secrets or software of the Discloser, or of any of the Discloser’s Group Companies.
