Food Made Good HK’s new Sustainability Training programme
Well trained staff can lead to greater innovation and efficiency, and are an essential component of any hospitality business looking to operate more responsibly.
The programme is based around FMGHK’s widely respected sustainability framework, built on the three pillars of Sourcing, Society and Environment. It has been developed in collaboration with an experienced trainer and a number of businesses from across the hospitality industry, from university caterers to large restaurant groups. Independently assessed by the Continuing Professional Development Certification Service, FMGHK’s Sustainability Training allows staff to develop professionally by gaining CPD credits.
